- No refund will be issued without unboxing video proof.
- If you receive a damaged plant, you are eligible for a refund upon video verification of the replacement.
- If you receive an incorrect item(s), you are entitled to a full refund after verification.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once the plant has been delivered. We take every step to ensure healthy and well-packed plants reach you, and we’re always here to help with care tips if needed.
- Upon arrival, your plant may appear slightly wilted or dull due to transit-related stress. This is a temporary condition. With proper care, including appropriate watering and placement in indirect sunlight, the plant will gradually regain its natural vitality and healthy appearance.
