Brazilian Wood (How To Keep Me Happy)
Sunlight
Place me in bright, indirect light. I love soaking up sunshine from behind a sheer curtain. No direct sunlight though, it’s not my thing.
Watering
I’m planted in cocopeat, so water me only when the top feels dry. If it’s still a little moist, hold off. Too much water can make my roots unhappy.
Humidity
I’m pretty easygoing but a little humidity makes me glow. A light mist every few days or just grouping me with other plants works great.
Temperature
I enjoy warm, cozy spaces—anywhere between 20°C and 30°C. Keep me away from cold drafts, AC blasts, or freezer vibes.
Plants don’t just sit pretty, they change the way your space feels
Sad Plants Signs
Yellow leaves
This usually means I’m overwatered. Check my cocopeat and give it time to dry before watering again.
Brown leaf tips
That’s me asking for more humidity. You can mist me gently or bring in a humid buddy nearby.
Drooping or soft stems
Possible root rot from too much water. Let me dry out a bit and avoid overwatering in future.
Faded color or slow growth
I might not be getting enough light. A brighter indirect spot can help me perk up.
